Conference Registration
Space is limited and early registration is highly recommended. Registration may be accomplished on-line at http://www.dcj.state.co.us/crcpi.

Conference registration fee is $30. Registration & fee must be received no later than June 21, 2004. Mail your check, payable to “National Jewish Medical Center”, FEIN 74-2044647 along with your registration form to CRCPI, 15055 South Golden Road, Golden, Colorado 80401. Upon receipt of payment, registrants will be sent a confirmation notice.

Hotel Accommodations
The Marriott Denver City Center is providing a special conference rate for conference participants of $112.00 per night plus tax. Sales tax of 3.7% may be waived with appropriate tax exemption form.

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made prior to June 11, 2004. To secure your hotel reservation, the hotel will require one night’s lodging be charged to your credit card. In order to receive the special room rate, mention “Drug Endangered Children’s Conference” when making your reservation. Scholarships
A very limited number of scholarships, sponsored by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, U.S. Department of Justice, are available for lodging costs and registration. To apply for scholarships, visit the website and download the Conference Scholarship form and submit it no later than May 6, 2004 to the National DEC Training Coordinator at (619) 235-2770 (fax). You will be notified by e-mail no later than May 17, 2004 if you have been awarded a scholarship.

Pre-Conference Seminar
There is an Optional Pre-Conference Seminar on June 28, 2004 designed for those attendees who have not received formal DEC training regarding the multi-disciplinary approach to rescuing
and treating drug endangered children. There is no charge for this session, however, attendees must register in advance.
