 The goal of the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children (National DEC) is to raise national awareness about the problem of drug endangered children so that we may help break the cycle of abuse and neglect. We provide support, information and resources to all state, tribal and local DEC Alliances; non-profits; and professional organizations that serve and care for these children.
