Training
National DEC is pleased to announce the availability of the Core DEC Training curriculum! The Core DEC Training Curriculum is a tool that encourages collaborative partnerships between law enforcement, child protection, and other practitioners and agencies. It will increase community awareness about the risks faced by drug endangered children (DEC) and highlight the opportunities we have to intervene on behalf of these children.
To learn more about the Core DEC Training Curriculum, check out the trailer and overview videos below. Or view the full 90-minute Core DEC Community Awareness Training right on your computer. Our goal is to develop a national network of trainers for the Core DEC Training. If you are interested in becoming a certified trainer, please contact the state DEC alliance leader in your state (click HERE to find your state DEC alliance). If your state does not have a state DEC alliance, contact Eric Nation at enation@nationaldec.org
