New Online Training Available!

Through a partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, we are pleased to announce the launch of four online training courses.

* All courses are available on the COPS E-Learning Training Portal and free to anyone.

 Training & Technical Assistance

National DEC provides a wide array of training in a variety of formats. This training is developed to provide professionals and community member’s information to assist them in addressing substance abuse and drug endangered children's issues. Trainings are usually conducted in multidisciplinary groups of any size!

Training Includes:

  • CORE DEC

  • DEC Approach

  • Local DEC development

  • Mandatory reporting

  • In the field safety

  • Drug trends

  • Evidence collection

  • Others as requested
