A legal disclaimer

At National Alliance for Drug-Endangered Children, we are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality content and services that support personal growth, nonprofit capacity building, and community impact. We understand that life and learning journeys can shift, so we've created this policy to clearly outline our approach to refunds and cancellations for courses, memberships, and digital products.  All refund decisions are final, but special cases may be reviewed at our discretion.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the instant access nature of our online micro courses and downloadable resources, all course sales are final and non-refundable. This includes any course bundles, toolkits, and digital downloads.

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@nationaldec.org, and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.

Memberships

Annual Memberships
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of the paid term.

Automatic Renewals
Unless canceled, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel or update your billing preferences in your account settings or by contacting us at info@nationaldec.org.

Workshops, Live Trainings & Special Events

Refunds for live, time-sensitive offerings may be available depending on the event. Please refer to the specific event page for cancellation terms. If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop or training, contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Donations

As a nonprofit organization, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
